How do I select items that I want to order? |

| From the Item List page, either enter a quantity in the Qty. and click the add (+) icon or, to select the minimum orderable quantity, just click the add (+) icon. By clicking on the item number link, you may view the item detail page and order items from the Item Detail Page by clicking on the add button. |

How do I search for items? |
|
| Starting from the top of the Item List page, you can search for items by selecting a particular Category Type ( flyers or brochures) from the drop down boxes or you can search for Items by entering descriptive keywords like Tioga, Jamboree, Discovery etc..and press the "Find It" button. Note: Do not pluralize keywords. (e.g type "flyer “ rather than "flyers “) |

How do I check the status of my order? |

| Click on Order Tracking from the left menu. Provide the e-mail address used when placing your order and the order number you received on your order confirmation. Click Find It. Your order status will be displayed. If you click on your order number in the listing, you can review the details of your order. |

How do I remove and update items from my current order?
|
|
| This can be done from the Cart Detail page. Go to the Cart Detail page by clicking on the Cart Detail tab or by clicking on the Cart Details icon located to the right of the Item List page. By clicking on the Edit or Delete button you can change the quantity you had previously entered or completely delete the item from your cart. |

How do I track an order? |

| Click on Order Tracking from the left menu. Provide the e-mail address used when placing your order and the order number you received on your order confirmation. Click “Find It”. Your order status will be displayed. If you click on your order number in the listing, you can review the details of your order.
If you would like your UPS tracking number for your shipment, please click Contact Us from the menu. Provide your name, e-mail address, and in the message box, please provide your order number and the information you are looking for. A customer service representative will respond to your request within 24 business hours.

Can I buy larger or different size model planes (e.g.; 1:100 scale)?

| Of course! We have different size model planes available on a custom order basis. Some are in stock, some are made to order so please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Pricing and livery designs available upon request. Call the Freedom Shop at 214-792-6700. |
